PROCESSING TIME 
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

 North America: 1 - 3 weeks
, Europe: 2 - 3 weeks
, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2 - 3 weeks.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
 Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
I always ship to the address on the invoice. Please make sure this is the correct address. The shipping price includes all of the fees necessary to send your package. I take care of each package with loving care so that it will reach you in pristine condition. I ship USPS mail.

Refunds and Exchanges:


I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS.
 Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery. 
Ship returns back to me within: 21 days of delivery
. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
 Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
 Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

1. Do you accept custom orders?
I love custom orders and they are always welcome! Feel free to contact me if you have a custom project in mind for stationery, an art print or series of prints, invitations, ring pillows and much more! I accept wedding projects & graphic design projects as well!

2. Do you offer rush orders?
 Yes. Please email me for rush order information. I can ship a rush delivery via FEDEX too!

3. Do you design logos or other marketing materials for businesses?

4. Do you design other pieces for weddings (favor tags, invitations, tags, stamps, posters, seating charts, etc.)?
